Rule 63
Leave can be given to serve in national and international associations, organizations.
Any civil servant may take leave under Section 49A of the Act. According to clause (c) of sub-section (2) of sub-section (2), if there is sufficient basis that is useful to the government of Nepal when he is sent to serve in this way, the government of Nepal will deduct from the extraordinary leave that he can get according to rule 62, and he will return to the civil service later. He can be given permission to go for such service.
